The Cookbook Camera designed by Richard Berry, Jim Munger and Veiko Kanto was built around a now obsolete camcorder CCD sensor.  Camera construction is outlined in the highly detailed text  The CCD Camera Cookbook available at Wilman-Bell. Built from readily availblable electronic components this device gave me literally hundreds of hours of enjoyment under the night skies. Below is a sampling of my best imagery with this camera . I image exclusively now with my Genesis CCD Camera however the CB245  from time to time is utilized as an autoguider -still very much involved with the imaging process!
Unless otherwise noted all images have been acquired with my CB245 and 10" LX200 SCT.
